Lambeth Cake Decorating BC 101-201-4 Day Duration: 4 Days – 8 Hours Per Day (1-Hour Lunch Break) Prerequisite: Beginning/Intermediate piping skills and rolled fondant cake covering skills are required. Supplies: All necessary supplies provided Location: Confectionary Chalet Studio Course Overview: In Lambeth 101 & 201, Kathleen will teach the traditional Joseph Lambeth Method while incorporating her own modern techniques. Lambeth 101 covers the foundational skills, while Lambeth 201 builds on these with more advanced techniques for experienced decorators. Students Will Learn: - Proper technique for holding decorating bags and tips - Precision in piping with consistency and control - Establishing a strong foundation for Lambeth designs - Mastering zigzag shell, scroll, swag, puff, and elongated puff borders - 3-dimensional over-piping techniques - Bead/pearl borders - Advanced embellishment techniques - Stringwork: piping and applying stringwork designs - Advanced stringwork,

Confectionary Chalet Studio Cancellation & Refund Policy At Confectionary Chalet Studio, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please review our cancellation, refund, and transfer policy before completing your registration. Course Cancellations by Confectionary Chalet Studio Confectionary Chalet Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered one of the following options: Transfer to an alternative course date Enrollment in a different course Full refund if no suitable alternative is available If an instructor is unexpectedly unable to teach, every effort will be made to reschedule the class. Refunds & Transfers All course bookings are non-refundable. Due to pre-registration requirements and limited class capacity, refunds cannot be issued if a student cancels or is unable to attend. In exceptional cases, a student may transfer to another course if their original spot can be resold. This transfer is at the sole discretion of Confectionary Chalet Studio and will incur a $25.00 service charge. Transfers will not be granted under the following conditions: Cancellation within two weeks of the course date, unless a waitlist exists, and the spot is resold Inability to attend due to personal circumstances Travel disruptions, including weather-related issues or cancellations by airlines, trains, or other operators Visa denials for international students Travel and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed in the event of a course cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Insurance To protect against unexpected disruptions, students are strongly encouraged to arrange cancellation insurance to cover: Illness or emergencies Severe weather conditions affecting travel Course cancellations resulting in non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses International students should check with their local insurance providers for coverage related to visa applications and travel disruptions. Adverse Weather Conditions During the winter months, if severe weather conditions prevent attendance, students must: Notify Confectionary Chalet Studio as soon as possible via phone Provide proof of impassable roads or official flight/train cancellations A course transfer may be offered in these cases, subject to availability.
