Lambeth 101 lays the groundwork with foundational techniques, while Lambeth 201 explores advanced methods. In each workshop, students complete a minimum of four sections on their individual cake dummies, mastering six to eight borders/designs or more. Lambeth Boot Camp 301 and 401 offer hands-on experience with project cakes, allowing students to deepen their knowledge of advanced Lange-Lambeth techniques.
