Lambeth Cake Dec BC 101-401 - 8 Day - Bonus Royal Icing Flowers Duration: 8 Days – 8 Hours Per Day (1-Hour Lunch Break) Prerequisite: Beginning/Intermediate piping skills and rolled fondant cake covering skills required. Boot Camp 101-201 required. Supplies: All necessary supplies included Location: Confectionary Chalet Home Studio Course Overview & Description: The Lange/Lambeth Boot Camp - 8 Day is an intensive, hands-on course that covers foundational to advanced Lambeth techniques. Kathleen will guide students through the traditional Old-World Joseph Lambeth Method while modernizing it with her own signature techniques. The course progresses from basic Lambeth techniques in Lambeth 101 & 201, to more advanced techniques in Boot Camp 301 & 401, culminating in the creation of a project cake. During Lambeth 101 & 201, students will learn the following: - Proper technique for holding decorating bags and tips - Precision in every squeeze of the decorating bag - Establishing a strong foundation for Lambeth designs - Mastery of zigzag shell, scroll, swag, puff, and elongated puff borders - 3-dimensional over-piping techniques - Bead/pearl borders - Embellishing techniques - Stringwork: how to pipe and apply stringwork - Advanced stringwork, lace heart pieces, and their application During Lambeth Boot Camp 301 & 401, students will build upon foundational skills and learn more advanced techniques, including: - Cushion borders, dimensional work below cushion, and elevated scrolls - Figure piping, including birds and swans - Side scroll embellishments and advanced over-piping techniques - Royal icing flood work/run outs and gum paste plaques Each student will complete at least four sections on their individual cake dummy during Lambeth 101 & 201, learning six to eight different borders and designs. In Lambeth 301 & 401, students will create a project cake incorporating these advanced techniques. This comprehensive boot camp is perfect for those who have completed Lambeth 101 & 201 and are ready to take their cake decorating skills to the next level.

Confectionary Chalet Studio Cancellation & Refund Policy At Confectionary Chalet Studio, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please review our cancellation, refund, and transfer policy before completing your registration. Course Cancellations by Confectionary Chalet Studio Confectionary Chalet Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered one of the following options: Transfer to an alternative course date Enrollment in a different course Full refund if no suitable alternative is available If an instructor is unexpectedly unable to teach, every effort will be made to reschedule the class. Refunds & Transfers All course bookings are non-refundable. Due to pre-registration requirements and limited class capacity, refunds cannot be issued if a student cancels or is unable to attend. In exceptional cases, a student may transfer to another course if their original spot can be resold. This transfer is at the sole discretion of Confectionary Chalet Studio and will incur a $25.00 service charge. Transfers will not be granted under the following conditions: Cancellation within two weeks of the course date, unless a waitlist exists, and the spot is resold Inability to attend due to personal circumstances Travel disruptions, including weather-related issues or cancellations by airlines, trains, or other operators Visa denials for international students Travel and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed in the event of a course cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Insurance To protect against unexpected disruptions, students are strongly encouraged to arrange cancellation insurance to cover: Illness or emergencies Severe weather conditions affecting travel Course cancellations resulting in non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses International students should check with their local insurance providers for coverage related to visa applications and travel disruptions. Adverse Weather Conditions During the winter months, if severe weather conditions prevent attendance, students must: Notify Confectionary Chalet Studio as soon as possible via phone Provide proof of impassable roads or official flight/train cancellations A course transfer may be offered in these cases, subject to availability.
